I just open the online share investment in Maybank. Just click the Online stock after login to Mbank internet banking. You can refer the live quote at there, and buy n sell share too. Just for using Maybank, compare to normal remiser, Maybank charge 0.42% per transcation (Min RM 12).

Nestle, 100units=RM2460. If the dividend is 35sen, the dividend yield will be (100*0.35)/2460=0.014. D.Y is 1.4%. you pay RM2460 to buy 100 units, you got dividend of RM35. the return is 1.4%. percentage will be varies on how long you have hold the share. Long for high dividend, you must try to buy in at low price, not buying at high price.
