而且，有些基金系统都有设置止损点，股价一旦跌破某一个价位，该基金系统就会自动抛售该公司的股票。

公司常买回自己的股票，一方面可能是公司股票被低估，所以公司底价买入，如后高价的时候卖出。

另一方面，也可能是公司为了巩固公司股票的价格，不希望公司股票的价格跌得太低。

我发现他们常买回自己的股票, 是不是代表他们的股票被低估!

例如最新的大众银行的Balance Sheet里，你可以很容易的看到Intangible Assets以及Total Shareholders’ Equity的字眼，就代表着无形资产和股东基金。

你在看着哪一间公司的财务报告呢？

When a company is formed it should state in its Memorandum of Association the amount of authorized or maximum capital it intends to raise. However, a company may not wish to raise capital up to its maximum or authorized amount. Capital issued/raised is called issued capital (发行资本); and the amount paid on the issued capital is called paid-up capital (实收资本).

For example, a company with an authorized capital of RM10,000,000 in RM1 shares may issue 2,000,000 shares and requests the shareholders to pay 80sen on each share. This means that the issued capital is RM2,000,000 and the called-up capital is RM1,600,000. If all shareholders pay the amount called up then the paid-up capital will be equal to the called-up capital of RM1,600,000. The balance of RM400,000 of the isseud capital is called uncalled capital. Then difference between authorized and issued capital of RM8,000,000 is referred to as unissued capital.
