先“理财”后“致富”

可惜只有少数人能够成功的致富，大多数人只能够平平凡凡的过一生。
这就是现实的生活。
成功致富的人都有个共同点，那就是他们懂得理财。
不懂得理财的人肯定不能够富有。
当然世上总有那些幸运的人，单单靠中彩来致富。
但是如果不懂得理财，到手的财富也会消失掉的。
有位中过大彩头奖的朋友就说过，他的2百万彩金在14年内就用完了！
他说的是事实。
幸亏他是个乐观的人，他接受这个命运。我却为他惋惜。
要守住财富当然需要懂得理财。
同样的，要成功致富也需要懂得理财！
妥善的安排开支，把储蓄下来的钱用来投资就是理财。
如果常常都是入不敷出，就是不懂得理财！
单单懂得把钱存在银行，也是不懂得理财！
控制自己的欲望，延迟奢侈的消费，先把钱用来投资，就是一种很好的理财方法。
不怕投资的风险，不受投机的引诱，就是良好的理财心态。
有了正确的理财方法和心态就具备了致富的条件！
先“理财”后“致富”就成为顺其自然的事情了。
i was deeply in debt for the past four years due poor financial judgement, i was deep in credit card debts. there was even once i was not able to leave my house without credit cards. it was that bad, i was so emotionally attached to these plastics. But today, i am totally credit card debts FREE! How? there was one day, i sit at my desk, was being buried under a mountain of reminder letters from banks, out of desparation, i told myself, i 've got stop this mess, and i've got to stop it NOW! immediately i took a pair of scissors and cut those cards in halves. From that point on, i worked many extra partime jobs to get that extra few ringgits and faithfully paying off the cards debts. i also took some cash from my epf account to reduce the outstanding. After four years of hard works and numerous negotiations with bank recovery officers, all the cards debts are gone! i am happy and vowed that i will never again get myself into this mess again. I dont use credit card anymore, every purchases are paid in cash. To me, finally i am able to enjoy some financial peace. I thank God for this experience, that i have gain much insights in handling money and thus becoming more resourceful in the course.
